  • Review of the compensation limits for work accidents and occupational diseases as provided for in Decree-law No. 40/95/M;
  • Review of the maximum amount of the basic monthly remuneration used to calculate the dismissal compensation as provided for in the Labour Relations Law;
  • Review of the maternity leave pay subsidy measure as provided for in Law No. 8/2020 "Amendment to Law No. 7/2008 'Labour Relations Law'";
  • Study on amending the occupational safety and health regulations applicable to various workplaces;
  • Fulfilment of the provisions of International Labour Organization Convention No. 144;
  • Association recognition and renewal of recognized associations;
  • Other issues that the Administration will consider necessary to be discussed.
