- Review of the compensation limits for work accidents and occupational diseases as provided for in Decree-law No. 40/95/M;
- Review of the maximum amount of the basic monthly remuneration used to calculate the dismissal compensation as provided for in the Labour Relations Law;
- Revision of the provisions of the Labour Relations Law regarding maternity leave and annual leave days;
- Fulfilment of the provisions of International Labour Organization Convention No. 144;
- Association recognition and renewal of recognized associations;
- Other issues that the Administration will consider necessary to be discussed.
